Classes in Cambridge

The course comprises five weekly interactive sessions each lasting 2 hours 15 minutes. It is essential that you try to make all classes and that both mother and birthing partner are available for each*.

Classes are by arrangement and available evenings or weekends. Cost of classes depend on the number of couples attending. Group classes cost £195 per couple, private classes cost £295 per couple. No more than six couples will attend each course.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the remainder payable either in full on commencement of the course or split into weekly installments.

Don't forget the cost of the course includes the Hypnobirthing text book and relaxation CD. Although it might be tempting to try and learn the techniques from the book and CD alone, there can be no comparison with the value of attending classes. The interaction of class discussions, demonstrations and the powerful images received from watching many Hypnobirthing stories are critical to the success of the Hypnobirthing techniques.

*However, if you really cannot make a class, don't panic! We can work together to find a way of rearranging a class even if a private class is required (although a small supplementary charge may apply).
